Core Return Deductions:

The caliper on the right has an extensive amount of hammer marks on the caliper body.
This caliper body can not be used for remanufacturing.  If all other components are in re-buildable condition you would receive about 1/2 core value depending on the caliper.

This caliper has sat in water for an extended period of time.  As you can see this caliper is full of rust.  The caliper piston and body bore are both likely to be pitted to the point of not being usable.  This caliper has no value for refund.

This caliper has missing pieces.  It may not took like much but the replacement value of the Banjo Bolt and the Bleeder Screw can be as much as $10.00 depending on the caliper.  The core being returned must be complete to be considered for a full refund.

The piston / cup is the part of the caliper that pushes the pads .  If the cup is cracked or pitted it can not be used.  The minimum deduction for a bad piston is $10.00.  The rest of the core may still have value.

Extensive corrosion may take away from the value depending on the location and the extent of corrosion.  If all other components are in re-buildable condition then  the core may still has some value.
